Professional Background:
Dr. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) in both rural and metropolitan areas of Australia since 2005. He completed his medical training in India in 1995 and pursued advanced fellowships in traumatology in the United States and Switzerland before settling in South Australia.

Teaching and Training:
Dr. Sabharwal is passionate about teaching and training the next generation of doctors. He dedicates most of his time to supervising and mentoring young doctors, particularly those preparing to serve in rural Australia. He spends 5-6 days per week in this supervisory and training role. Additionally, he has been working as an RACGP Examiner since 2017.
Clinical Role:
Dr. Sabharwal currently works one session per week in his clinical capacity. He accepts referrals for hand and skin cancer surgeries, as well as cases requiring a second opinion for difficult or unexplained conditions. After providing his expert opinion, he returns the cases to the referring GPs, allowing him to focus primarily on training young doctors.
